Final Report

Hope you are well.
Finally, we arrived at the last assignment of this course that was the writing of the final report based also on my partner's suggestions and comments.
It was really an easy task as we have gone through all of the steps. We had presented the project and we felt more confident abour our experience and our feelings. We had just to arrange all things appropriately.
It was somehow difficult for me to decide if my essay correction was right or not at some points at least.
I thank a lot my partner for her suggestions. They helped me a lot.
All in all, this was a very good experience.

Peer Review

Hope you are well!
This week assignment made me feel very confused, since I didn't know exactly what to do. We had to find a partner different from that of the project and share the report to each other. Initially, I thought I can comment at one's report, but he or she may comment to another report, not to that of mine. I also didn't know where to review the report.
It was a bit difficult because some of the partners hadn't finished their report yet and we needed also time for comments and suggestions.
I got somehow what to do, downloaded Sidorela Koçi's report and reviewed it.  But, when I droped it into the Dropbox, my comments and suggestions were not being viewed.  If you download the document you can see them.
I don't know any other way how they might be viewed there.
Anyway, I liked reviewing Sidorela's report. It was generally well done.

Hope you are all well.

This week, I was very confused, because I didn't have a clear idea about the week assignment. As I were told, we had to have created the essay and to make a peer review of the essay, but I didn't have started it yet. For this reason, I was very stressed, too.  Fortunately, we had given other days  to compile the essay.
It was really a challenging task, as it needed a lot of hard work, but the steps that we had followed during all these weeks helped me a lot to properly arrange and organise it better. I feel that many things need to be improved,  but I think it will be time, at least, to edit it until the final week comes.
Hope you give your maximum in your final essays.

Step 5/Week 10

Hope you are  all well!
  We have arrived at 10th week and I can't believe that we had done at least 10 posts on our blogs.
This week assignment   was about  to keep a journal of what we did in presentation and what we thought, reporting new tools and results.
Keeping a journal is a great help in teaching because it is like a personal diary that  makes you reflect  on what you did well, what could have been better, what did  you learn, are all goals achieved, what needs improvement and so on.
This task really made me reflect on our presentation and put my thoughts in chronological order. It was easy, since we have presented the project and just making a review of it along with our thoughts and comments.
Generally we got a lot of positive feedback,  which really motivated us as future teachers. But there is always a need for improvement.
Hope you all take the suggesstions seriously and improve better the positve parts in order to become successful teachers.

     This week we had to refine our project plan, adding many details about it, including here the project activities we are going to use in the classroom, resources and the assessment of our students. I felt about this task very confident since we presented our project  and put it in a real life situation so that  it was much more easier for me  to proceed with the task.
I would like to say that this week's assignment is very useful for a better organization of your activities. Furthermore, setting the goal and the assessment part will help a lot in evaluating students achievements in a fair way. It is better that students to know what would be the focus of the assessment, so they will be engaged more and will give their maximum.

Hope you are well. :)
  This week we had to write about the influence that the technology  has in our teaching class. Actually, I found it very useful, since we give there some pros and cons that might help us in improving ourselves.
Technology has a good influence in our teaching and learning process, but it takes a lot of time for the teachers to prepare the lesson through technological elements. Teachers should be very selective and  should use all media appropriately.
Most of the time students find very attractive those classes, but sometimes might be very boring because of the way getting accustomed to that. Teachers have to integrate different methods.
What I like most about technology classes is the part that it saves a lot of time when it comes to repeat things.
I hope technology to have a good influence in our classes.

ESL skills and media elements

    This week we have to define the ESL skill we would like to teach to our students by using at least three media elements. This is an important issue, because I think it helps us to make use of appropriate activities to teach a certain skill at the fullest.
When you determine the skill and the media tools you will use, you feel more comfortable.
Actually, I have chosen teaching the speaking skill. It is said that you can learn better a new language only by speaking it. Practising the new language really helps you in learning it.
There are several ways in teaching speaking in order to develop communication skill, such as creating group discussions, sharing experiences, describing pictures, commenting videos. Technology may help you a   lot in organizing those speaking activities in a very attractive way.
Hope you do your best in teaching your skills through the means of technology.
